For 2018, 33 single family homes were sold, for an average of $1,379,912, or a 25% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 76 days, and sold for 5% less than the listing price.
Asbury Park:
For 2018, 108 single family homes were sold, for an average of $354,853,  or a 8% decrease since 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 108 days, and sold for 4% less than the listing price.
Allenhurst:
For 2018, 6 single family homes were sold, for an average of $2,704,167, or a 32% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 46 days, and sold for 9% less than the listing price.
Belmar:
For 2018, 74 single family homes were sold, for an average of $771,951, or a 9% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 65 days, and sold for 5% less than the listing price.
Bradley Beach:
For 2018, 35 single family homes were sold, for an average of $701,558, or a 9% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 50 days, and sold for 4% less than the listing price.
Brielle:
For 2018, 73 single family homes were sold, for an average of $718,976, or a 2% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 64 days, and sold for 5% less than the listing price.
Lake Como:
For 2018, 41 single family homes were sold, for an average of $517,817, or a 20% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 68 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.
Manasquan:
For 2018, 88 single family homes were sold, for an average of $799,873, or a 10% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 66 days, and sold for 4% less than the listing price.
Neptune City:
For 2018, 62 single family homes were sold, for an average of $283,294, or a 9% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 42 days, and sold for 4% less than the listing price.
Neptune:
For 2018, 357 single family homes were sold, for an average of $351,093, or a 10% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 52 days, and sold for 4% less than the listing price.
Ocean Grove:

For 2018, 51 single family homes were sold, for an average of $2,099,275, or a 9% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 48 days, and sold for 7% less than the listing price.
Spring Lake:
For 2018, 67 single family homes were sold, for an average of $2,550,258, or a 17% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 98 days, and sold for 6% less than the listing price.
Spring Lake Heights:
For 2018, 51 single family homes were sold, for an average of $553,509, or a 12% increase over 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 54 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.
Wall:
For 2018, 329 single family homes were sold, for an average of $527,804, or a 1% decrease since 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 61 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.
