Home prices are up 11% in the third quarter of 2018 over the third quarter of 2017. Homes  are selling for close to listing price. Allenhurst:
In the third quarter of 2018, 6 single family homes were sold in Allenhurst, for an average selling price of $2,704,166, an increase of 45% over 2017’s  third quarter. The homes stayed on the market for an average of 46 days, and sold for 9% less than the listing price.
Asbury Park:
In the third quarter of 2018, 26 single family homes were sold in Asbury Park, for an average of $372,848, increasing by 23% from 2017 third quarter. The homes stayed on the market for an average of 59 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.
Avon:
In the third quarter of 2018, 8 single family homes were sold in Avon, for an average of $1,171,375, increasing by 23% from 2017 third quarter. The homes stayed on the market for an average of 69 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.
Belmar:
In the third Quarter of 2018, 21 single family homes were sold in Belmar, for an average of $778,147, decreasing by 3% from 2017 third quarter. The homes stayed on the market for an average of 60 days, and sold for 2% less than the listing price.
