Experience and Background

With over twenty years of experience as a Realtor Associate, George has handled multiple listings and real estate sales New Jersey. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with attention to detail are just some of the reasons why George puts both Sellers and Buyers at ease during the Real Estate transaction.

George developed an EXCEL Tax Assessed Calculation Model which uses Equalization Ratios for multiple Counties and towns in New Jersey to convert a Tax Assessment to an accurate projection of the current Taxable Market value. The Taxable Market value is then compared to recent comparable sales to project the Sell Price of a property currently on the market or to determine a recommended List Price.

Prior to his Real Estate Career, George worked as a Cost Engineer and Manager in the Federal Systems Division of IBM. During that time, George managed Subcontractor cost negotiations for large Government procurement contracts. After the Division was sold, George became a Management Consultant and later a Real Estate Sales Associate. George now uses many of the same skills to manage the purchase or sale of a home.’
