The Connolly Agency is having a banner year with their Real Estate Business in New Jersey.  According to Broker and Owner, Brenda Connolly, total home sales for The Connolly Agency for the first half of 2018 are projected to close 40% higher than the first half of 2017.  And 2017 was a record year for Real Estate sales at The Connolly Agency.
Expanding into Florida was just the evolution of us, according to Brenda Connolly.” One of our Realtor Associates, Wendell “Kenny” Stuckey is also a Realtor in Florida. He has been the Realtor to our Realtors, as our agents have started to invest in the Florida real estate market.
We have also been enjoying other supplemental referral business in Florida over the years. This expansion into Florida gives us the opportunity to further serve the needs of our clients, whether they are becoming snow birds, looking to invest, or wanting to call Florida home. In choosing the location for our Florida office, it was our love for the Gulf and its lifestyle that brought us to Naples.
