St. Patty’s Day celebrations start way before the actual holiday, and one of the most exciting ways to tap into the Irish tradition is with parades! Here are the upcoming Jersey Shore St. Patrick’s Day parades to attend:

Asbury Park

Asbury Park’s 10th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will start at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 9. It will kick off on Ocean Avenue, around Convention Hall, and end on Main Street, near the presenting sponsor, Johnny Mac House of Spirits. Visit Asbury Park’s parade website for more info!

Rumson

Rumson is continuing its 12-year St. Patrick’s Day Parade tradition on Sunday, March 9. It will start at Allen Street and River Road.

Freehold

The Freehold Borough Arts Council will begin their St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 16. From Main Street to Freehold Elks Lodge 1454 Point, Freehold will be decked out in shamrocks and green kilts!

Highlands

Mark your calendar for The Highlands Business Partnership’s 20th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade starting at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22. This parade runs from Bay Avenue to Waterwitch Avenue, and even includes a float competition!

Keansburg

Clear your schedule for Saturday, March 29! From 1 to 2:30 p.m., Keansburg is hosting its own parade, at Beachway Avenue and Main Street.
