First Quarter 2021

During the first quarter of 2021, Wall saw the sale of 60 single family homes, a decrease of almost 8% than the First Quarter of 2020. The average sales price of these homes was $790,034, up a whopping 53% from the 2020 average sales price. These homes were sold at 99% of list price, which is higher than the 2020 comparison of 96% to asking versus sale prices. The homes were listed with an average of 41 days on market, which is dramatically less than 2020’s 75 days on market average.

2020 Year End Summary

In 2020 208 single family homes were sold for an average sales price of $616,511 up 17% from 2019. The homes were on the market an average of 55 days and sold for 97% of the listing price.

Second Quarter 2020

The sale of 73 single family homes were recorded in Wall during the second quarter of 2020. The average sales price was $557,336 with an average of 67 days on the market. Although monthly volume decreased by 8% compared with the first half of 2019, average sales price is up 2%.

First Quarter 2020

82 single family homes were sold in the 1st quarter of 2020. The average sales price is $513,125 with average days on market at 41. Homes sold at 4% below list prices. Volume of sales is up 26% when compared to the same quarter in 2019.

2019 Year End Summary

In 2019, 302 homes were sold for an average sales price of $564,210, up 7% from 2018. The homes were on the market an average of 57 days, and sold for a impressive 97% of the listing price.

Third Quarter 2019

90 single family homes were sold in the 3rd quarter of 2019. The average sales price is $578,785, reflecting a 13% increase from the same quarter in 2018. These homes spent an average of 41 days on the market, with homes sold at 3% below list prices.

First Half of 2019

150 homes have sold in Wall during the first half of 2019 versus 165 in the first half of 2018. The average sales price increased 3% to $551,900 and the average listing price was up 3% to 567,987. Homes were selling for 97% of listing price with days on market of 62.

For 2018, 329 single family homes were sold, for an average of $527,804, or a 1% decrease since 2017. The homes were on the market for an average of 61 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.

Third Quarter 2018

In the third quarter of 2018, 86 single family homes were sold in Wall, for an average sales price of $510,012, decreasing by 8% since last quarter. The homes stayed on the market for an average of 60 days, and sold for 3% less than the listing price.

Second Quarter 2018

The average sales price for a single family home in Wall, NJ for the fourth quarter of 2016, was $517,297, which represented a 9% increase in sales price over the same quarter in 2015, when the average sales price was $473,842.  A total of 70 homes were sold in the fourth quarter of 2016 verses 73 sold in 2015.  Days on market increased from 72 to 86 in 2016. Homes were selling on average for just 3% less than list price.

The average sales price for a single family home in Wall, NJ through the first three quarters of 2016, was $476,210 which was flat over 2015.  A total of 142 homes were sold in 2016 verses 118 for the same period in 2015.  Days on market decreased from 91 to 80 in 2016. Homes were selling on average for just 4% less than list price.
