First Quarter 2021 Spring Lake Heights 

During the first quarter of 2021, Spring Lake Heights saw the sale of 6 single family homes, right on par with the First Quarter of 2020. The average sales price of these homes was $741,458, up a whopping 40% from the 2020 average sales price.
