In the first Quarter of 2024 there have been no Single Family Home sales. 

2023 vs 2022 Annual Market Update

In 2023, 15 single family homes were sold, which was an increase from 6 homes in 2022. The total sales volume for sold Single Family homes in Interlaken in 2023 increased by 150%. The average sales price was $1,187,319, an increase of 10% from 2022. The homes were on the market an average of 42 days and sold for 100% of the listing price. 


2023 Vs 2022 Year To Date Market Update Through Q3

In the year of 2023, 10 single homes sold in Interlaken, up 130% from 2022. The average sales price was $1,188,489, up 15% from 2022, and the average days on market were 39 vs 23 days in 2022. Homes sold for 101% of the listing price vs 97% in 2022.

2023 compared to 2022 Q1 Single Family Home Sales 

The First Quarter for both years consists of January, February and March. Interlaken in 2023 had 1 home sold compared to 2022 when 1 home also sold. The average sale price also jumped from $1,200,000 in 2022 to $1,712,000 in 2023, which is a 43% increase over the previous year. While the days on market went up from 9 to 13 over the course of year, that is not a huge change for the large price increase. In 2023 homes sold for 107% of the list price as compared to 2022 when homes also got almost full list price at 93%. 


2022 Vs 2021 Yearly End Market Update

In 2022, 6 single homes were sold, which was a decrease from 9 homes in 2021. The total sales volume for sold Single Family homes in Interlaken in 2022 decreased by 27%. The average sales price was $1,082,500, an increase of 9% from 2021. The homes were on the market an average of 22 days and sold for 97% of the listing price.

2022 vs 2021 Market Update

 

In the year of 2022, 6 single homes sold in Interlaken, down 33.33% from 2021. The average sales price was $1,082,500, up 9.21% from 2021, and the average days on market were 22 vs 69 days in 2021. Homes sold for 97% of the listing price vs 95% in 2021. Overall, the real estate volume is $6,495,000  down 27.19% compared to last year.
