First Quarter 2021

The average sales price of these homes was $610,516, up dramatically by more than 96% from the 2020 average sales price. Second Quarter 2020

Second Quarter 2016

The average sales price for a single family home in Lake Como, NJ for the second quarter of 2016 is $404,333, which represents a 12% increase in sales price over the same quarter in 2015, where the average sales price was $361,000.  A total of 9 homes were sold in 2016 verses 6 homes sold in the same quarter of 2015. Days on the market dropped from 75 days in 2015 to 55 days in 2016.  Homes are selling on average for just 2% less than list price.
