2023 compared to 2022 Q1 Single Family Home Sales

The First Quarter for both years consists of January, February and March. Brielle in 2023 had 6 homes sold compared to 2022 when 10 homes sold. The average sale price also decreased from $961,800 in 2022 to $817,0000 in 2023, which is an 15% decrease over the year. While the days on market went up from 40 to 75 over the course of year. In 2023 homes sold for 90% of the list price as compared to 2022 when the homes also got almost full list price at 95%.

2021 Vs 2022 Yearly End Market Update

In 2022, 48 single homes were sold, which was a decrease from 77 homes in 2021. The total sales volume for sold Single Family homes in Brielle in 2022 decreased by 35%.
