Second Quarter 2020

2016 Overall

In 2016, 82 single family homes were sold in Asbury Park, as compared with 67 in 2015.  The average sales price remained relatively flat at $278,915, only a 1% increase over 2015.  For the year, the average days on the market was 79, which represented a 23% decrease over 2015.  And, the year closed with homes selling for 1% less than list price.

Fourth Quarter 2016

This quarter showed an increase over the same period last year in number of homes sold, increasing 33% from 18 to 24.  The average sales price of a single family home was down 6% to $288,008.  The average days on market remained relatively low, down 25% from the previous year, for the same period. Homes were selling for 98% of list price.

 Third Quarter 2016

The sales prices of single family homes in Asbury Park was up 1% over the same period in 2015. The average sales price of of a single family home was $289,490. Homes were selling for 100% of list price. The average days on market was only 57. The number of single family homes sold decreased from 21 to 19 for the same period in 2015.

 Second Quarter 2016

For the second quarter of 2016, the average sales price for a single family home in Asbury Park, NJ was $294,371 which represented a 3% increase in sales price over the same quarter in 2015.  The average sale price then was $ $285,257.  A total of 24 homes were sold this quarter in 2016 versus 14 in 2015.  Days on the market increased from 92 in 2015 to 105 days.
