In the first half of 2021, 5 single family homes were sold in Allenhurst, up 25% from 2020. The average sales price was $2,175,000, up 40% from 2020, and the average days on market were 38 vs 22 days in 2020. Homes sold for 95% of the listing price vs 91% in 2020.

 

Asbury Park

In the first half of 2021, 46 single family homes sold in Asbury Park, up 84% from 2020. The average sales price was $504,311 down 8.4% from 2020, and the average days on market were

30 vs 51 days in 2020. Homes sold for 99% of the listing price vs 96% in 2020.

 

Avon-by-the-Sea

In the first half of 2021, 18 single family homes sold in Avon, up more than 28% from 2020. The average sales price was $1,409,544, down 12% from 2020, and the average days on market were 56 vs 68 days in 2020. Homes sold for 97% of the listing price vs 94% in 2020.

 

Belmar

In the first half of 2021, 37 single family homes sold in Belmar, up over 23% from 2020. The average sales price was $1,009,275, up over 17 % from 2020, and the average days on the market were 54 vs 72 days in 2020. Homes sold for 99% of the listing price vs 94% in 2020.

 

Bradley Beach

In the first half of 2021, 22 single family homes sold in Bradley Beach, down 12% from 2020. The average sales price was $843,022, up nearly 24% from 2020, and the average days on the market were 36 vs 72 days in 2020. Homes sold for 100% of the listing price vs 95% in 2020.

 

Brielle

In the first half of 2021, 36 single family homes sold in Brielle, up over 56% from 2020. The average sales price was $1,005,828, up over 47% from 2020, and the average days on the market were 30 vs 64 days in 2020. Homes sold for 98% of the listing price vs 96% in 2020.

 

Lake Como

In the first half of 2021, 17 single family homes sold in Lake Como, up almost 89% from 2020. The average sales price was $655,156, up over 58% from 2020, and the average days on the market were 22 vs 96 days in 2020. Homes sold for 104% of the listing price vs 96% in 2020.

 

Manasquan

In the first half of 2021, 40 single family homes sold in Manasquan, up over 8% from 2020. The average sales price was $941,215, up almost 6% from 2020, and the average days on the market were 41 vs 54 days in 2020. Homes sold for 98% of the listing price, on par with 2020.

 

Neptune City

In the first half of 2021, 27 single family homes sold in Neptune City, up 50% from 2020. The average sales price was $405,230, up nearly 26% from 2020, and the average days on the market were 18 vs 26 days in 2020. Homes sold for 102% of the listing price vs 98% in 2020.

 

Neptune Township

In the first half of 2021, 156 single family homes were sold in Neptune Township, up 2% from from 2020. The average sales price was $444,067, up 18% from 2020, and the average days on market were 27 vs 49 days in 2020. Homes sold for 99% of the listing price vs 97% in 2020.

 

Ocean Grove

In the first half of 2021, 33 single family homes were sold in Ocean Grove, down 3% from 2020. The average sales price was $644,724, up over 17% from 2020, and the average days on market were 41 vs 62 days in 2020. Homes sold for 98% of the listing price vs 96% in 2020.

 

Point Pleasant Beach

In the first half of 2021, 65 single family homes were sold in Point Pleasant Beach, up over 38% from 2020. The average sales price was $978,178, up over 48% from 2020, and the average days on market were 70 vs 111 days in 2020. Homes sold for 97% of the listing price vs 95% in 2020.

In the first half of 2021, 27 single family homes were sold in Sea Girt, up almost 23% from 2020. The average sales price was $2,647,599, up almost 20% from 2020, and the average days on market were 60 vs 82 days in 2020. Homes sold for 97% of the listing price vs 91% in 2020.

 

Spring Lake

In the first half of 2021, 29 single family homes were sold in Spring Lake, down more than 9% from 2020. The average sales price was $3,175,502, up over 23% from 2020, and the average days on market were 45 vs 109 days in 2020. Homes sold for 97% of the listing price vs 92% in 2020.

In the first half of 2021, 132 single family homes were sold in Wall, down more than 4% from 2020. The average sales price was $753,004, up 36% from 2020, and the average days on market were 36 vs 67 days in 2020. Homes sold for 100% of the listing price vs 97% in 2020.
