Avon by the Sea
8 homes have sold in Avon by the Sea during the first half of 2019 versus 17 single family for the same period last year. The sales volume for the town is down 44% compared to the first half of 2018. The average listing price is up 28% to $1,779,250. Homes are selling for 88% of listing price, with an average sales price of $1,575,437. The average days on market is 81 versus 61 for the same period last year.
Belmar
