Asbury Park Real Estate Market

With 18 single family homes sold, the sales market shows a 20% increase over the same period of 2016.  The average sales price of a single family home increased by 56% to $355,194 over the same period of 2016.  Homes are selling quickly with an average of 31 days on the market.  And, homes are selling at 97$% of list price.

Avon-by-the-Sea Real Estate Market

Five homes were sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Avon by the Sea.  The average sales price increased over the same period of last year by 17% to $896,000.  Homes are selling quickly with an average days on the market of 99.  And, homes are selling at 94% of list price, similar to last year.

Belmar Real Estate Market

During the first quarter of 2017, seventeen single family homes sold in Belmar, an increase of 27% over the previous quarter. The average sales price of a single family home was $700,641, a decrease of 22% as compared to the same period last year.  The average days on market decreased to 89, and homes sold at an average of 97% of list price.

Bradley Beach Real Estate Market

Four homes sold in Bradley Beach during the first quarter of 2017.  The average sales price of a single family home increased to $623,400 for this period, an increase of 11%. With inventory low, the average number of days on the market was only 20 days.  For the period, homes sold 5% less than list price.

Lake Como Real Estate Market

During the first quarter of 2017, 9 single family homes sold in Lake Como, a 125% increase over the same period in 2016.  The average sales price of a single family home increased to $398,822, a 49% increase.  The average days on the market was 86 and homes are selling for 4% less than list price.

Ocean Grove Real Estate Market

Ten single family homes sold in Ocean Grove during the first quarter of 2017, a 16% decrease as compared to the same period in 2016.  The average sales price of a single family home increased 20% to $537,500 in the first quarter.  The average days on the market remained low at 37 days. And homes are selling for just 3% less than list price.
