First Quarter 2024 Compared with 2023 – Market Update

 

For the first quarter of 2024 there were 15 homes sold in Asbury Park. The average sales price was $637,666 which is down 11% from 2023. The average days on the market were 38 and homes sold for 96% of list price.  

 

For the first quarter of 2024 there were 3 homes sold in Avon by the Sea. The average sales price was $3,428,333 which is up 49% from 2023. The average days on the market were 10 and homes sold for 105% of list price.  

 

For the first quarter of 2024 there was one home sold in Allenhurst. The average sales price was $995,000 which is down 151% from 2023. The average days on market were 48 and this home sold for 106% of list price.  

 

For the first quarter of 2024 there were 13 homes sold in Belmar. The average sales price was $1,730,016 which is up 27% from 2023. The average days on the market were 39 and homes sold for 97% of list price.  

 

For the first quarter of 2024 there were 5 homes sold in Bradley Beach. The average sales price was $811,799 which is down 40% from 2024. The average days on the market were 37 and homes sold for 98% of list price.
