In the first half of 2022, 30 single family homes sold in Asbury Park, down 30.23% from 2021. The average sales price was $516,701 up 8.6% from 2021, and the average days on market were 43 vs 31 days in 2021. Homes sold for 99%, on par with 2021. Overall, the real estate volume is $15,501,040 down 24.23% in comparison to last year.

Avon-by-the-Sea

In the first half of 2022, 18 single family homes sold in Avon, down more than 61.11% from 2021. The average sales price was $1,745,715, up 23.85% from 2021, and the average days on market were 56 vs 30 days in 2021. Homes sold for 99% of the listing price vs 97% in 2021.
