End of September Events at the Shore

The autumn season has just begun, but there’s still a lot to this weekend at the shore before September comes to a close, and a lot to look forward to as October starts. Here’s a list of some of the events happening this weekend:
Throughout the weekend, Wildwood will be hosting an Italian Festival at Fox Park. The festival will include various different foods, games, rides, and raffles. Free live music and entertainment will also take place during the festival.

For seafood lovers, Sea Isle City will be having its annual Harborfest on September 30th. Attendants will be able to eat fresh seafood, listen to live music, and have a great time. Harborfest will take place from 11:00-4:00 on Sunday, and will be located along 42nd Place and the Bay. There will also be a raw clam eating contest, with a prize being awarded to the winner.

And on Saturday, LBI is attempting to set the Conch Blowing World Record in Ship Bottom. LBI had held the record before in 2012, but have lost it since then and are looking to reclaim it.
Once October starts, more autumn events will take place by the shore, but be sure to head down one last time in September.
