We have compiled the Real Estate Data for our local markets and compared 2021 home sales to 2020 home sales. We are experiencing lower inventory levels, higher home sale prices in each town and a decrease in average days on market.

Allenhurst

In the year of 2021, 10 single family homes were sold, up 25% from 2020. The average sales price was $1,882,500, down 0.10% from 2020, and the average days on market were 79 vs 42 days in 2020. Homes sold for 96% of the listing price vs 90% in 2020. Overall, the real estate volume is $18,825,000 up 24.88% compared to last year.

Asbury Park

In the year of 2021, 87 single family homes sold in Asbury Park, up 11.54% from 2020. The average sales price was $555,624 down 5.39% from 2020, and the average days on market were 34 vs 38 days in 2020. Homes sold for 100% of the listing price vs 97% in 2020. Overall, the real estate volume is $48,339,359 up 24.88% compared to last year.
